Maccabee Institute for educational and social welfare was born out of love of Israel.

Members are volunteers  that come from all walks of life. We have truckers, lawyers, judges, and people from all walks of life who are Maccabees. We have volunteers that are Jewish, Christian and Muslim. All are Maccabees!

The idea was to establish a headquarters for those who really love Jerusalem and stand with Israel. Any Israeli or tourist can join us regardless of birthplace, race or creed. Love of country, civil consciousness and goodwill to others are the attributes of a Maccabee.

We are a full volunteer organization with no salaried positions. A cross-section of Israel Is represented on the roster. Clerics, business leaders,  statesman, jurist, physicians, artists, actors, workers both white collar and overall mingle in friendship and understanding with the united goal of helping those in need.
